Task
The existing light rail system was expanded. Therefore, new vehicles had to be procured, which should be similar in basic functionality to the existing type B80 vehicles. In accordance with the European Investment Bank’s funding guidelines, the tender specifications were prepared.

- Compiling the technical specification document
- Drawing up the technical-economic requirements
- Specifying and coordinating evaluation and acceptance criteria
Outcome
Coordination with the European Investment Bank regarding the contract award decision; contract formation and project launch as planned.
